It was our first big adventure… After discover the south of France and Italy in a Honda CBF 600, Both I and my wife become curious and ambicious. We start planning our 2011 trip with the objective to visit the north of France, Croatia, Austria and Switzerland. Day 1 – From Canelas to Bayonne The Highway day… About 810km and 8 and 1/2 hours to ride. The objective is reach France, as soon as possible. We already know quite well Spain. Probably just a stop in Burgos and San Sebastian. ![]() |

Day 2 – Bayonne to La Roche-sur-Yon France west coast. 445km to ride, some sightseeing in Bordeaux, ferryboat in the Bay of Biscay to Royan, and a quickstop in La Rochelle. ![]() |

Day 3 – La Roche-sur-Yon to Avranches Visit to Mont Saint Michelle… The “Disney Castle” Only 294km and 4 hours to travel, but with the objective to visit the marvellous Mont Saint Michelle. ![]() |

Day 4 – Avranches to Paris Arrival at France capital city! 320km in 5 hours ride throught the Natural Park of Normandie-Maine ![]() |

Day 5 – Paris In Paris, on foot! A all day to visit Paris, up to the Eiffel tower, and cross the Champs-Élysées! |

Day 6 – Paris to Luxemburg A quick jump “crossing” Belgium, in a 345km day trip with no more than 5 hours travel. ![]() |

Day 7 – Luxemburg to Stuttgart In the France-German border, 324km through the mountains. ![]() |

Day 8 – Stuttgart to München Only 244km to ride in less than 3 hours, but two major beautiful citys to see! ![]() |

Day 9 – München to Wien Arrive Austria… 422km and 4 and half hours to arrive Wien. We are still deciding the possible alternative route through Salzburg. ![]() |

Day 10 – Wien Another day on foot, this time in Austria. Probably a “jump” to Bratislava to get a look of Slovakia. |

Day 11 – Wien to Zagreb The major objective of this trip – Croatia – Zagreb! 386km and about 7 hours to ride… ![]() |

Day 12 – @round Croatia 321km in Croatia, to find the fantastic Plitvic Lakes. ![]() |

Day 13 – Zagreb to Padova Getting in Italy, through Trieste, and a detour to Ljubljana – Slovenia in a total 460km 5 hours tour ![]() |

Day 14 – Padova to Innsbruck More than 6 hours ride and 350km to comeback to Austria. ![]() |

Day 15 – Innsbruck to Zürich The “S” road… Stelvio is in the route, and a LOT of corners expected in 440km and 7 hours ride. ![]() |

Day 16 – Zürich to Genève Only 275km but 5 and half hour to roll. No highways “allowed” here! ![]() |

Day 17 – Genève to Nimes Getting back home, maybe a detour to Annecy, and a stop at Lyon in a 400km and 7 hours ride. ![]() |

Day 18 – Nimes to Andorra Arrive at Pyreness after a 415km and 7 hours ride. ![]() |

Day 19 – Andorra to Zaragoza We never visit Zaragoza, and gone make this journey an opportunity to see this city. Only 290km, 4 and half hours ride ![]() |

Day 20 – Zaragoza to Canelas Home sweet home… Back again to the higways 830km to ride in 9 and half hours… ![]() |
